This 6-week program includes:
- Pre- and post-fitness testing and biometric screening
- Two weekly energizing Boot Camp classes lead by a certified personal trainer
- Accountability through nutrition and exercise tracking
- Weekly wellness topics, recipes, and discussions
- Support from you coach and your fellow boot campers!
