In recognition of Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month, Tahoe Safe Alliance is hosting their 9th Annual Father Daughter Dance. This is a fun-filled evening for little girls and the special men in their lives. There will be DJ dancing, activity stations, free cake, snacks for purchase, fun with Action Flipbooks, and the opportunity for a keepsake photo by Danielle Hankinson Photography.
The Father Daughter Dance plays an important role in Tahoe SAFE Alliance’s outreach and service to families in the community who are affected by unfortunate acts of violence. The consequences of family violence can have devastating effects on children including PTSD, emotional, physical, cognitive and behavioral functioning. The event is free for these families.
